These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Chamonix Accommodation website and services. By submitting a booking request or using this website, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n

1. About Us<\/h1>\n

Chamonix Accommodation is a platform that connects guests with property owners offering seasonal accommodation stays (typically one to five months)<\/strong> in the Chamonix Valley.<\/p>\n

Chamonix Accommodation acts solely as an introduction and marketing platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Our Role<\/h1>\n

2.1 Chamonix Accommodation is not the owner, landlord, or manager<\/strong> of any property listed on the website.<\/p>\n

2.2 We do not own, control, or manage the properties advertised.<\/p>\n

2.3 Any agreement for accommodation is made directly between the guest and the property owner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3. Booking Requests<\/h1>\n

3.1 Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking.<\/p>\n

3.2 All booking requests are subject to availability and owner approval<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3.3 The property owner has the right to accept or decline any booking request.<\/p>\n

4. Licence Agreement (Not a Tenancy)<\/h1>\n

4.1 All stays arranged through the platform are intended as temporary seasonal stays<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

4.2 Guests will typically enter into a Licence to Occupy Agreement<\/strong> with the property owner.<\/p>\n

4.3 These arrangements are not tenancy agreements<\/strong> and do not grant security of tenure.<\/p>\n

5. Payments<\/h1>\n

5.1 Payment terms will be agreed directly between the guest and the property owner unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n

5.2 Chamonix Accommodation may facilitate introductions but is not responsible for collecting or holding payments unless explicitly agreed.<\/p>\n

5.3 Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of the booking.<\/p>\n

6. Cancellations & Changes<\/h1>\n

6.1 Cancellation terms are set by the individual property owner.<\/p>\n

6.2 Chamonix Accommodation is not responsible for:<\/p>\n

    cancellations made by owners<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    cancellations made by guests<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    any resulting losses or costs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    6.3 Guests should confirm cancellation policies directly with the owner before booking.<\/p>\n

    7. Property Information<\/h1>\n

    7.1 Property descriptions, images, and details are provided by property owners.<\/p>\n

    7.2 While we aim to ensure accuracy, Chamonix Accommodation does not guarantee that listings are complete, accurate, or up to date.<\/p>\n

    8. Use of the Property<\/h1>\n

    8.1 Guests agree to use the property responsibly and in accordance with the terms set by the property owner.<\/p>\n

    8.2 Guests must comply with all house rules and local regulations.<\/p>\n

    9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chamonix Accommodation is not liable for:<\/p>\n

      disputes between guests and property owners<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      9.2 All risks associated with the stay are accepted by the guest.<\/p>\n

      10. Insurance<\/h1>\n

      Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and personal cover<\/strong> where appropriate.<\/p>\n

      11. Website Use<\/h1>\n
