Sleeping arrangements include a mezzanine bedroom with a comfortable double bed, an attic-style room under the roof with two single beds suitable for children, teenagers, or adults (height <1.50m), and a sofa bed in the living area for one or two additional guests. The living area is bright and welcoming with unobstructed views of the Chamonix needles.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. The bathroom includes a shower, towel dryer, and WC. Additional amenities include electric heating, ample storage, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, sheets and towels provided, and beds made on arrival. A ski locker is available on the ground floor.
