Chalet Charme is a beautifully maintained alpine chalet built in traditional wood and granite, recently modernised while retaining its warm and welcoming mountain character. Set in an elevated south-facing position beneath Mont Blanc, the chalet enjoys exceptional views up to the mountains and across the Chamonix Valley.

In winter, underfloor heating and a wood burner create a cosy, traditional chalet atmosphere. In summer, the property is bright and airy, enjoying sunshine later into the evening than many areas of Les Houches.

The spacious suspended terrace features a large gas BBQ and outdoor seating for 8 or more guests — perfect for summer dining. The mature private garden offers peaceful surroundings with views towards the waterfall cascading behind the chalet.
