EvettesA is a 30m² self-catering ski apartment located on the third floor of a historic Chamonix building, formerly the Hotel de Paris, right on the pedestrianised Rue Docteur Paccard. Sleeping up to 4 guests, the apartment offers an alcove bedroom with twin beds, with optional additional sleeping on a mezzanine double mattress or a double sofa bed in the lounge.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features a fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven, halogen hob, fridge-freezer, extractor fan, and washing machine. The lounge includes a sofa, armchair, TV, and dining table, with large windows offering views of Le Brévent and Chamonix main square.

The family bathroom includes a bath, shower, and WC. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, lift access, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, and a secure ski locker.

With the ski bus stop just 50 metres away, Aiguille du Midi lift 4 minutes’ walk, and Le Brévent lift 5 minutes’ walk, the apartment is perfectly located for skiing, sightseeing, and enjoying the shops, bars, and restaurants of Chamonix.
