This charming chalet is located in Les Bois, just 3 minutes from the La Flégère ski area (connected to Brevent) and the nordic ski slopes, with the Chamonix golf course nearby for winter walks. The property is set in a spacious, tranquil environment close to the forest.

Parking is available for three cars outside and one car in the garage. The garage also houses a ski rack and a heated ski room for boots and equipment.

Accommodation includes four bedrooms:

Two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, each with shower, sink, and WC

Two additional bedrooms in the basement with four single beds sharing a shower room with sink and WC
